Dear Majesty UK Travel guests, welcome to Athens! Kalimera! Upon arrival at the airport, we will transfer you to your hotel where you can settle in and freshen up. Later in the evening, at 7:00 pm, join us in the hotel lobby for an informal meeting with your Tour guide and other tour guests. You can get to know your new travel mates better over an optional group dinner.

Day 2: Athens - Mykonos                                

Athens, with a history spanning over 2500 years, is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and considered the birthplace of Western Civilization. Now is the perfect time to take a jump back in time and discover the city's rich cultural and historical heritage on our Athens city tour with a professional guide.

During our guided city tour, we will explore an amazing array of historical and cultural sites, including the National Library, the Academy, Constitutional Square and Parliament, the Temple of Zeus, and of course, the iconic Parthenon and Acropolis. After the tour, you are free to explore more of this incredible city at your leisure.

Day 3: Mykonos

Welcome to the vibrant island of Mykonos, a top Greek destination where all the fun happens! Our day begins with a two-hour ferry ride to this beautiful island, named in honor of Apollo's grandson. Mykonos is steeped in legend, having been the site of a great battle between Zeus and Titans, and is also associated with the story of Theseus and the Minotaur. Today, however, it is best known for its decadence, style, and nightlife.

Upon arrival, join your tour guide for a captivating walk through the maze-like old town, where you will be enchanted by the quintessential Greek Isles vista of traditional whitewashed houses and blue-domed churches. Browse the chic galleries and boutiques, follow flower-lined paths past age-old churches and tiny bars, restaurants to secluded, sandy beaches, and spend the afternoon soaking up the rays and splashing in the water.

As the sun sets, we will gather for a picnic dinner of local specialties at the perfect spot, hand-picked by your leader to provide an unobstructed view of the Aegean sunset. Day 4 : Mykonos

Good morning and welcome to another exciting day in Mykonos! After breakfast, get ready to enjoy the town all day long. Soak up the Mediterranean sunshine on one of the island's beautiful beaches, go for a refreshing swim in the turquoise sea, or capture some memories by taking photos of the iconic windmills and charming streets that make Mykonos one of the most picturesque destinations in Greece.

For those who want to delve deeper into the island's rich history and mythology, join our optional half-day tour to Delos Island. One of the most important archaeological and mythological sites in the Greek Islands, Delos is considered the birthplace of Apollo and Artemis, and was once the political and religious center of the Aegean. Follow your tour guide through the island's fascinating ruins and discover the sacred precinct, the Terrace of the Lions, and the opulent mansions of the wealthy that once surrounded Apollo's sanctuary, adorned with luxurious frescoes, mosaics, and statues.

Day 5: Mykonos, Santorini

Embark on an unforgettable journey to the captivating southern island of Santorini with our Amazing Greece Tour. The day begins with a delectable breakfast before setting off to Mykonos Port where we will catch a ferry to Santorini. The approximately 3-hour ride promises to be a scenic experience. Santorini is a much-admired tourist destination in Europe and is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty. The island's iconic image comprises whitewashed, blue-domed buildings adorning the cliff face, with crystal-clear waters in the background.

The island of Santorini is known for its mesmerizing blue-roofed houses and soul-stirring sunsets. Immerse yourself in the island's rich history by visiting the hilltop ruins of Ancient Thira and the fascinating Prehistoric Museum, as well as the archaeological site of Akrotiri, a Minoan Bronze Age settlement that provides insight into the lives of people who lived here before the eruption. Take some time to explore the island's capital, which is interchangeably called Thira or Fira, and indulge in the range of restaurants and shops. Day 6 : Santorini

The unique crescent-shaped island, also known as Thíra, has a rich history dating back to 1500 BC when a volcanic eruption caused the island's centre to sink, forming the remarkable caldera. The caldera's breathtaking natural beauty is what makes Santorini such a special place to visit. Take a memorable excursion along the crater rim, starting in Thira town and walking through charming little villages all the way to Oia. Along the way, you'll pass steep cliff faces and experience awe-inspiring views that will leave you breathless.

After, take a half-day trip to the island's volcano and hot springs located in the centre of the lagoon, or visit one of the island's wineries, where the vines are grown in a unique basket shape that sits on top of the volcanic soil to protect the grapes from strong winds.
