Our priority at all times is the safety of our travellers, leaders, and crew, as well as the communities we visit. We stay up-to-date with the latest guidance from official sources such as the UK Foreign Office and the World Health Organization, and take measures accordingly. We have put in place various policies and precautions to ensure your wellbeing during our tours. As the travel industry adapts to the new normal, many countries and organizations are implementing measures to guarantee the safety of travellers.

Vaccination Policy

Majesty Uk Travel values the safety of our travellers and aims to provide a secure environment for those engaging with our tours. We understand the importance of minimizing the risks of contracting or spreading Covid-19, not only for our travellers but also for the communities we visit, particularly those with lower vaccination rates. In light of this, we have implemented a travel Vaccination Policy to ensure the safety of all.

Many venues in the countries we visit now require proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within 48 hours to enter museums, tourist sites and restaurants. To avoid the inconvenience and expense of frequent testing, and to provide the safest and most enjoyable travel experience for our guests, we require all travellers joining any Majesty Uk Travel tour from 1 October 2021 onwards to be fully vaccinated. Travellers must receive their second vaccine dose at least 14 days before the start of their trip and provide proof of vaccination or medical exemption, either printed or digital, displaying their full name as shown on their travel document. Our tour guides will verify this information before the tour commences.

If you are not fully vaccinated or unable to complete your vaccinations in time for your tour, we will work with you to find an alternative travel date that suits you. We believe that this policy will help us to uphold our commitment to ensuring safe travels for all.

 

Before Your Trip

At Majesty Uk Travel, we prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our passengers, and we are constantly monitoring guidance from reputable sources such as the UK Foreign Office Travel Advice and the World Health Organization. We strongly advise all passengers to stay informed about the latest travel regulations in their country of visit and to check for updates regularly.

To ensure the safety of all passengers, we request that each passenger brings personal protective equipment, such as masks, gloves, and sanitary products, which may be required to be used during the trip.

In addition, we require all passengers to have personal travel insurance and to complete an online self-declaration form regarding their health status before joining the trip. These measures are in place to provide a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers. Please make sure to check your government’s travel advisory and the WHO website (www.who.int) for the latest information before travelling and be well-informed about the travel regulations in your country of visit.
