We’ll also visit the historic synagogue before returning to Madrid, where a Local Specialist will showcase the grandeur of the Royal Palace and the iconic Cibeles Fountain. Heading south through the plains of La Mancha, we arrive in Córdoba, a city that once thrived as a Moorish capital. With a Local Specialist, we’ll explore the impressive Mosque of the Caliphs and uncover the cultural and architectural legacy of Moorish rule. Continuing on, we make our way to vibrant Seville, where we’ll stay for the next two nights. This evening, we’ll Connect With Locals at the Morillo family’s olive oil farm, learning about their production process from over 6,000 trees and sampling their delicious creations during a memorable Be My Guest experience.

Start your day in Seville with a guided tour led by a Local Specialist. Admire the iconic Giralda Bell Tower and explore the Moorish-inspired Maria Luisa Park, adorned with vibrant tiles, fountains, and tranquil ponds. During the day, With our Local Specialist, we’ll explore the stunning 14th-century Moorish Alcázar, surrounded by its exquisite gardens, famously featured as the Water Gardens of Dorne in *Game of Thrones*. Next, we’ll visit the renowned Plaza América, an iconic exhibition site and a must-see for anyone visiting Seville (Transfer Included the price). Later, you may choose to experience the passion and allure of a traditional flamenco show during an Optional Experience.

Stroll through the enchanting Generalife water gardens, the royal Summer Palace, once connected to the main palaces by a covered walkway spanning the ravine. Explore the charm of Granada with a Local Specialist on a walking tour through the Albaicín, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with winding streets and Moorish beauty. After breakfast at Hotel,  travel through the Mora Pass to Guadix, nestled in the northern foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Marvel at the unique whitewashed troglodyte homes carved into the ochre cliffs before continuing to Valencia. Here, you'll admire the Bullring and the medieval grandeur of the Quart and Serranos towers. Discover the city's innovative spirit with a visit to the City of Arts and Sciences, a monumental urban center for culture and science. Enjoy an organic horchata, the iconic drink of Valencia. Step back in time to Valencia's Golden Age with a leisurely walking tour led by our Local Specialist. Discover the well-preserved medieval heart of the city, exploring its Roman, Gothic, and Golden Age heritage when Valencia was the most prominent city in Spain. Wander through charming streets and visit the Lonja, a stunning late Gothic building that has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996.  The evening ends with a delightful dinner at your hotel.

Travel north along the stunning Levant coast, making a stop at Peñíscola, the "City in the Sea." Admire the ancient castle of the "Spanish Pope," built by the Knights Templar and featured in the film *El Cid*. Continuing along the Costa Dorada, we reach Barcelona, where the whimsical Gaudí architecture awaits. Join a Local Specialist to marvel at the unfinished Sagrada Família, explore the upscale boutiques and Gaudí masterpieces on Passeig de Gràcia, and honor Christopher Columbus at his iconic monument.
